This decent quality if rather unexciting little heater works well and gets the job done. It outputs 1000w of heat and has two heating modes, oscillation, and a three stage timer.
The heater arrived packaged in a rather plain brown branded product box containing the heater, a 1.5m power Cord with hard-wired UK plug, and a well written and easy to read User Guide.
The heater, as to be expected, is lightweight but the build quality seems fine. The front face contains just the heater grill, with no controls or LEDs visible. On the rear is the main power Off/On switch which is large with a good positive action. Above it is the large dust filter panel which unclips easily to allow the foam filter inside to be washed. The filter is very coarse and I doubt if it will actually prevent much dust from passing through. On the top of the heater are the controls with touch buttons for heat level, oscillation and timer with coloured LEDs to confirm the selection.
Operation is easy enough although I would rather have proper clicky buttons than touch controls, but that may just be me. The controls are well marked and the LEDs are hard to ignore. There are two heat levels plus fan-only mode. The timer can be set to one, two or three hours. Oscillation has a single mode only with a rather limited 60-degree arc.
Drawbacks? Not many, the front grill gets hot, very quickly, so keep this device out of the way of children or animals. The supplied cable is rather short but gets the job done, a wider rotation would be better when in oscillation mode to allow for more of the room to be covered and as I said, I prefer clicky buttons to touch ones.
For the current Amazon price of £37.99, this is not particularly cheap and there are many less expensive rivals available. That said this is a decent quality space heater that works well and if you are not too concerned about finding a bargain then you will probably not be disappointed.
